To receive your visa to enter Mexico you will need the following:
* A valid passport OR a certified birth certificate and photo ID
* The proper parent permission form if under 18
Suggested items:
* Bible
* Pen and notebook for keeping a journal
* Please no Walkmans, C.D. players, Mp3’s, or I Pods, etc. into Mexico. They may be left at the mission house in San Juan.
* Light windbreaker or something with sleeves for the evening
* Be prepared for light rain
* Two pairs of Tennis shoes. (One pair for working and one pair for hiking that may get wet.)
* Shower shoes
* Sunscreen
* Hat or cap
* Flashlight
* A drinking bottle that may be refilled and closed tightly with your name on it
* Six pack of bottled water with your name on each bottle
* A roll of toilet paper
* A bottle of hand sanitizer
* Regular toiletries and medications. (Any prescriptions should be in a labeled drug store bottle with your name on it.)
GUYS:
* Long shorts, jeans, etc. T-shirts or shirts: no muscle shirts
* Jeans are fine for church; it is unnecessary to dress up.
* Please do not bring anything with a skull or a skeleton drawing on it.
LADIES:
* Capris and culottes are fine (No shorts)
* Blouses that cover the midriff
* Dress or skirt for evening service. Please be modest.
* We do not have sufficient electricity for blowdryers, curling irons, etc.

You may bring your own sheets and towels. Please consider leaving them with the missionaries to help supply the children. We will have sheets and towels available as well. Please bring a pillow.

Do not bring recreational drugs, weapons or ammunition because it is punishable by law in a Mexican prison.
Most importantly, bring a servant attitude. You will be blessed!
